Who we're looking for
Most of the people we hire start without one. After you join, we'll help you prepare for the Oklahoma pre-licensing course and state exam — study plan, practice and a team cheering you on.
Apply without a licenseQuestions
No. Many of the people we hire start without one. We help you prepare for the Oklahoma pre-licensing course and state exam after you join. If you already hold a property & casualty or life & health license, tell us on the form.
It depends on how much time you can put into studying and when you can schedule the state exam. We'll help you set a plan and check in along the way — there's no pressure to rush.
It depends. Training is done remotely, so you won't be in the office until you've worked through licensing. We'll go over the schedule in depth during the interview process.
Talking with customers by phone and in person, gathering information for quotes, comparing coverage options, following up on questions and helping with policy service. Early on, a good part of the day is training and practice.
Partly. Helping people choose the right coverage is at the heart of the work, so you'll be recommending policies and asking for the business. We focus on advice and service, not pressure.
We'll walk through compensation, schedule and expectations openly at the interview so you can make an informed decision.

Takes about two minutes. No resume needed — tell us a little about yourself and we'll reach out to set up a short phone call.
